FIFA has launched the third version of its Elite Efficiency: Coach Mentorship Programme, aimed toward supporting the following technology of feminine soccer coaches.
The 18-month programme pairs 20 rising ladies coaches with 20 skilled mentors, together with nationwide workforce coaches like Brazil’s Arthur Elias, South Africa’s Desiree Ellis, Portugal’s Francisco Neto, and Japan’s Nils Nielsen.
