The HOL announcement featured two names that raised eyebrows past west Wales.
Former Ospreys, Wales and Lions fly-half Dan Biggar is a part of HOL’s sports activities and leisure division that’s headed up by former Welsh Rugby Union chief government David Moffett.
Moffett was famously on the helm for the launch of regional rugby and in 2014 sought election to the WRU board with a manifesto for change.
“I’d be very naive to say that he would not be somebody that you’ll hear from as a result of David is a passionate, outspoken particular person,” stated Kozlowski.
The possibilities of Biggar, who made 221 appearances for Ospreys and scored 2,203 factors, rocking as much as name the pictures at Llanelli seem slim.
“The names like Dan Biggar, Andy Golding, David Moffett are taking part in at the next degree, main a much bigger narrative than simply sitting on the every day administration of the Scarlets,” continued Kozlowski.
“Dan will not be sitting in a chair at Scarlets, David will not be sitting in a chair at Scarlets. They’ve greater issues to guide and we’ve obtained very skilled individuals to return in and transfer the needle at a membership degree.”
Moffett believes that HOL will rapidly make an impression in Wales below chief government Kirsti Jane.
“The proprietor of HOL is a self-made profitable businesswoman who hails from Pontypridd,” Moffett wrote on LinkedIn.
“Her enthusiasm for Welsh rugby is infectious and she or he desires to assist reply the one query going ahead, which is ‘what’s in the perfect pursuits of Welsh rugby as an entire?’
“I’m honoured to be a part of her superior workforce and we must always begin to see some constructive leads to weeks, not months.”
